Senior Sales Manager:
Formative Search has partnered with an exciting PV manufacturing company who are expanding across Asia. We have agreed to secure a Senior Sales Manager with experience in solar energy space for them. This platform manufactures and sells PV products and systems to companies, who are expanding rapidly in the Solar energy market.
What will the Senior Sales Manager be doing?
- Agreeing the annual plans with customers, and monitoring monthly and quarterly performance
- Providing demand, pricing and payment forecasts on a monthly basis with weekly updates
- Experience in account management, including developing channel management strategies, account planning and negotiation of pricing, contract terms and cash & credit terms
- Negotiating credit terms and ensuring on time payments
- Maintain and improve good relationship with key clients
- Build new client relationship and ensure its in line with the channel and marketing strategy
- Develop strategies to ensure business stays competitive
- Experience in managing key accounts, preferably with experience in Solar PV.
- Master or Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Power
- 4 years field sales experience in PV industry.
- Good knowledge of PV market industry is required
- Good technical background knowledge of PV on grid/ off grid systems and BOS system
- Experience in tender project management preparation and coordination
- Excellent knowledge of PV industry value chain downstream influencers and sensitive in competition environment
- Open to travel overseas in short notice for a business
- Good command of English and able to speak local language
- Strong negotiating and communication skills
- Self-motivated, independent, diligent and proactive
