Job description
The Executive Talent Acquisition Lead is responsible for strategizing, sourcing and shortlisting E-Level/CSuite talent
Develop a deep understanding of the talent requirements of the business
Maintains network within the industry to be abreast of the recruitment trends
Prepare and present employment offers to successful candidates
Understanding the hiring needs and ensure seamless hiring process with proper communication flow
Ensure that assigned in-scope recruitment activities are completed within the agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA)
Provide hiring status reports
Seek input on various interventions aimed at improving the competence and capability of the highest leadership or the Board of Directors
Involve business partners and build targeted intelligence to anticipate and meet future organizational needs
Global outlook for group-wide design & realization of practices, programs and policies
Keeping abreast with Executive HR practices in the industry within the area of Talent Acquisition
