Job description

Our client's mission is to solve and eliminate existence threat to the metal industry and environment.

They are currently looking for a VP of Processes & Global Manufacturing to be part of their team, who shares their mission and passionate for creating a culture of continuous improvements.


Key Responsibilities 

  • Review and create global manufacturing strategy to obtain company’s goals 
  • Identify, select and de-risk all strategic partnerships 
  • Global procurement and logistics leadership and responsibility 
  • Work with engineering and commercial peers to assess all company risks regarding product delivery 
  • Implement strategic initiatives 
  • Design and implement business strategies, plans and procedures 
  • Establish policies in line with company culture and vision 
  • Analyze and interpret data and metrics to determine performance 
  • Participate in expansion activities 
  • Establish and maintain a trusting relationship with customers, clients, partners and stakeholders 
  • Strategize and plan to ensure alignment with short- and long-term goals of the business 
  • Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth  
  • Encourage employees to be committed and perform at their best 



  • Minimum 15 years of senior leadership experience in global manufacturing and strategic sourcing  
  • Experience in either chemical/petroleum/pharmaceutical/related industries 
  • Minimum bachelor’s degree required in engineering or other related field  
  • An outstanding aptitude for problem solving, analytical thinking, and data manipulation 
  • Exceptional business acumen coupled with strategic thinking and execution skills 
  • Innovative and creativity that drives sustainable improvements and disrupts existing paradigms 
  • Experience with program development, implementation, and change management 
  • Patience, perseverance and passion to drive the culture 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and coaching skills  
  • Willing to travel to relocate internationally for projects
